I support clients through a wide range of emotional, social, and life challenges — including stress, anxiety, overwhelming emotions, relationship and family concerns, self-esteem, identity exploration, academic or work pressure, and major life transitions.
All sessions are held securely online, providing a flexible and private space to talk openly, gain clarity, build coping skills, and feel genuinely supported.

At this time, I accept insurance through Headway, which handles all billing.
If you’re unsure whether your insurance is accepted, I’m happy to help you check your benefits or walk you through the Headway process.

Yes! I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can get a feel for what it’s like to work together before scheduling a full session. During this call, you can briefly share what you’re looking for, ask questions about the therapy process, and see if my approach feels like a good fit for you.
There’s no pressure or commitment, just a chance to talk, get clarity, and decide what next steps feel right. If it feels like a match, we’ll set up your first session and I’ll send over the intake forms to get you started.

Therapy might be right for you if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, burnt out, or not like yourself, and you’re wanting a safe, nonjudgmental space to talk things through. Many of my clients come in because of ongoing stress, anxiety, relationship or family issues, self-esteem struggles, or big life transitions and they’re tired of trying to handle everything alone.
You don’t need to be in crisis to start therapy. Sometimes therapy is about having a space that is just for you to process, reflect, and learn new ways of coping. If you’re even a little curious about whether it could help, we can start with a conversation and see how it feels. If it’s not the right fit, we can talk about other options or supports that might be.

Getting started is simple. You can reach out in the way that feels most comfortable for you by filling out the contact form, calling, or sending an email. From there, we’ll schedule a brief 15-minute free consultation to talk about what you’re looking for, answer your questions, and see if we’re a good fit.
If you decide to move forward, I’ll send you secure online intake forms, and we’ll schedule your first virtual session. I’ll guide you through each step, so the process feels easy and clear.
